Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders.

Specialist Accountancy practice recruitment consultancy Clark Wood are working with this independent central London (WC1) accountancy firm. The role would suit an AAT qualified individual looking to commence ACA studies whilst working in a mixed audit & accounts role.

​

The ideal individual will have varied general practice experience, including experience of assisting on Audit assignments on a variety of clients, and will hold either the AAT qualification or may have begun studying towards the ACA / ACCA qualifications.

​

As an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior your role will involve a mixture of accounts, tax and audit work and you will gain exposure to a diverse client base including limited companies and charities.

​

Duties & Responsibilities:

​

Preparation of company accounts and corporation tax returns

Assist in the preparation of the audit plan and ensures it appropriately addresses audit objectives

Assist senior team members with the completion of audit assignments, playing an active role in carrying out the assignment at client premises

Skills:

​

AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Part Qualified

Experience of working with Owner Managed Business/Limited companies

Experience of assisting on audit assignments
