Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a progressive independent firm of chartered accountants in Harrow who are looking to add an ambitious Accounts & Audit Semi Senior to their team.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a successful team where, as an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior, you will assist with the completion of audit assignments, as well as having responsibility for the preparation of accounts and the associated tax work for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.

The ideal person for the role will have experience of undertaking a mixed Audit and Accounts role and may be AAT Qualified or may have already begun studying towards their ACA / ACCA qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of company accounts and corporation tax returns
Preparation of accounts for sole traders, and partnerships
Assist in the preparation of the audit plan and ensures it appropriately addresses audit objectives
Take an active part in the audit planning
Work as part of a team to complete field work on audit assignments.


AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Student
Some experience of assisting on audit assignments is essential
