Clark Wood are currently working with a leading firm who are looking for an Accounts & Audit Manager in their Eastleigh office.

As an Accounts & Audit Manager your role will include:

Dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients, working with a wide range of clients within different sectors.You will also be a key member of the management team, helping to manage the audit and accounts team and training and developing staff.

Act as the main point of contact throughout the year for your clients

Work with the partners and directors on audit assignments to continually improve the high quality audits

Closely work with the other managers to train, coach and develop staff

Have an understanding of the importance of client relationships and work with others to deliver an exceptional client service

Have strong written skills and excellent verbal communication skills

Our client in Eastleigh is looking for the following skills;

The ideal candidate will be either ACA or ACCA qualified and have experience managing audits, all aspects of accounting services, and managing a team of staff.

You will have a good working knowledge of FRS 102 and be up to date on ISA’s and auditing techniques.
