Audit Manager - Sutton

Our client is a leading national practice who are looking to recruit an experienced audit assistant manager or manager to take responsibility for a significant portfolio of clients.

There is a genuine chance here to develop quickly into a Senior Manager position due to the expansion of the department.

You’ll ideally have experience working within a national or large regional firm and significant exposure to reporting standards: UK GAAP and IFRS.

Reporting to the Partners the role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and involvement in a range of other management and business development activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Excellent project management around the planning, execution and completion of a range of assignments
On-going liaison with clients throughout the year and to practise the principles of excellent client service at all times.
Budget setting, fee negotiation and ultimately managing billing arrangements in conjunction with the partners on a timely basis
An ability to quickly grasp and follow the firm's procedures and relevant expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP is essential

ACA/ ACCA qualified with audit experience across a range of private & not for profit clients
Proven experience with Business Development initiatives
