Our client is looking for Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager to work with in their Peterborough office.

The practice in question has experienced rapid growth over the past couple of year and they have an excellent reputation in the local market place.

We are looking for a bright and able Audit Senior or an Audit Assistant Manager to work directly with the Partners, Director and/or Senior Managers within the Peterborough office and become part of the team which provides a wide range of audit, accounting, corporate tax services

Your time will split approximately 50% - 75% on audit work (depending on the candidate) and the remainder on offering other professional services such as accountancy, systems reviews, corporate tax and company secretarial work.

The Audit Senior / Assistant Manager role is a mixed role that will include undertaking audits and accounts work, both in the office and at client premises. When working out of the office, the role will involve overseeing a small team.

The successful applicant will be an outgoing and resilient self-starter with a wide range of audit and accounts experience with emphasis on audit expertise and preparation of statutory financial statements.

Applicants should be ACA/ACCA qualified with a good exam record. The successful candidate is likely to have a general practice background and should have been involved in all areas of advice.
